COURIER GUIDANCE
You are here because you need to return your jewellery for repair or reimbursement. These are steps to facilitate a courier collection.
JEWEL FIX
1. Print the Waybill document emailed to you.
2. Place the ring back in the box/pouch as delivered to you and place in a bigger outer box.
3. Seal the outer box with contents in it.
4. Place the sealed box in the bag the courier should hand over to you.
5. Place the Waybill in the outer sleeve of the courier bag.
6. Hand the sealed bag to the courier.
RETURNS
